Pietenpol, Eloise (24 SEP 1907 - 31 MAR 1984)


Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 5, 1984, at the United Methodist Church, Granton, for Mrs. Frederick (Eloise) Pietenpol, 76, of Destin, Fla.

Mrs. Pietenpol died Saturday morning, March 31, 1984, at her home.

Officiating at the service will be Rev. C. Arlene Denzer. Interment will be in the Windfall Cemetery, Granton.

Friends may call at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Granton from 4-9 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday until noon, and then at the church until the time of services.

Eloise Jarvis was born in Butternut on Sept. 24, 1907, to Mr. and Mrs. Judson Jarvis.

She was married to Frederick Pietenpol in Winona, Minn. He died on July 26, 1967.

After their marriage, they farmed in the Town of York, Clark County, later moving to Granton for a time, and then to Milwaukee. After the death of her husband she moved to Destin.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Carmen) Wojnavewley of Milwaukee and Mrs. Yvonne Kane of Destin one son, John of Destin and 10 grandchildren.

Gilbertson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
