Miller, Zula (9 JAN 1895 - 22 JUN 1984)
Funeral services were at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 26, 1984, at Zion
United Church of Christ, Greenwood, for Zula Miller, 89, formerly
of Greenwood, Clark County.
Mrs. Miller died Friday evening, June 22, 1984, at Memorial
Hospital, Neillsville.
Officiating at the service was Rev. Alwyn York. Burial was in the
Greenwood Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Edward, Verlyn and
Larry Sloniker, Gary and Harlan Miller and Donald Decker. Rinka
Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Zula Sloniker was born to Joseph and Myrtle (nee Apker) Sloniker on
Jan. 9, 1895, at Wonewoc.
Zula and Oscar Miller were married in June 1928. She lived in the
Greenwood area all of her life. She was a member of the Zion United
Church of Christ.
Surviving her are one son, Harold of Joliet, Ill. one daughter, Ms.
Elaine Miller of San Antonio, Texas.
She was predeceased by her husband one son, Milton two sisters and
three brothers.
