Died at the residence of O. E. Osgood, near Maple Works, D.C. Stark, aged 57 years, 11 months and 2 days.

The deceased was a native of New Hampshire, from whence he came last fall with the intention of making a home in Clark County, to be near his sisters, Mrs. O. E. Osgood and Mrs. Chas. Pettys. He leaves a wife to mourn his death. The funeral services were held at Maple Works last Wednesday and were conducted by Rev. J. E. Webster, of Neillsville, Clark County.
