Miller, Gordon (1880 - 22 MAY 1881)

Died, Gordon, only son of Thomas and Olive C. Miller, Eaton, Clark County, Wis., of brain fever May 22, 1881, aged 15 months.

The shadow of death that passed over this model home, is indeed heart rendering, and nothing but the hope of meeting their only child "in the sweet bye and bye" consoles these parents. "Gordon" was a beautiful child, and even in death, the smile of recognition was visible upon his fair features, and when "mortal puts on immortality" he will still be more beautiful, " for of such is the kingdom of God."
