Breed, Leonard O. (31 DEC 1815 - 19 AUG 1881)

Died, Thursday, Aug. 19, 1881, at the residence of his son-in-law, Mr. John D. Mason, at the Windfall, in the town of York, Clark Co., Wis., Mr. Leonard O. Breed, of heart disease, age 67 years, 7 mo., 17 days.

He was born in Unity, N.H., Dec. 31, 1815. In 1825 his parents moved to Essex Co., N.Y., where he resided until 1859, when he removed to St. Lawrence Co., N.Y., from whence he removed to Clark Co., Wis., in the fall of 1867. His wife died about one year ago. He leaves two sons and two daughters, who deeply feel their loss. Thus he passed away a quiet, lively, energetic, generous man.
