Brandage, Frances (28 JAN 1854 - 5 JAN 1897)


Miss Frances Brandage who died of cancer, Tuesday morning, Jan. 5th, 1897, at the home of her sister, Mrs. W.W. Taplin, had been a sufferer from this dread disease for three years, and had she lived until Jan. 28th, would have been 54 years old. She came to this city (Neillsville, Clark County) one year ago last October, since which time she has been a great, though patient sufferer.

The funeral was held at Mr. Taplin's residence Thursday afternoon, Mr. T. G. Owen officiating. Mrs. Taplin is the only surviving member of her family.
