Grace E. Haupt, 84, formerly of Loyal, Clark County, died Wednesday, July 27, 1994, at the House of the Dove, Marshfield.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 1994, at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal. Pastor Joseph Kraly officiated. Burial was in the Loyal Cemetery.

Grace E. Johnson was born on Feb. 13, 1910, to Peter and Amanda Johnson. She received her education at Greenwood High School. She married Harold Haupt on June 3, 1933, in Loyal. After their marriage, they farmed in the area until 1954.

They then moved to the Milwaukee area (Waukesha and Elkhorn). They moved to Marshfield in 1988.

Survivors include two daughters, Janet (Gerald) Bredlau, Rice Lake and Darlene (Gerald) Wirtz, Urbana, Ill. seven grandchildren 11 great-grandchildren and one sister, Joyce Luther, Eau Claire.

She was preceded in death by her husband her parents one great-grandchild one sister, Esther Verhulst, Greenwood and two infant brothers.
Rinka Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
