Wilsmann, Elizabeth F. (1 SEP 1936 - 10 JAN 2013)

Elizabeth Wilsmann age, 76 of Neillsville, WI died Thursday, January 10, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, WI.

Elizabeth F. Holt was born on September 1, 1936 in Greenwood, WI the daughter of Edward Earl and Bertha Albina (Putzel) Holt. She attended school in Loyal and graduated from Loyal High School in 1954. Elizabeth worked in the banking industry for several years, including serving as head cashier at the Neillsville Bank. She also worked with the Green Thumb Program in Clark County, at the Family Heritage Nursing Home in Black River Falls and currently was the Claims Coordinator at Security Health in Marshfield, WI.

Elizabeth was united in marriage to Robert Wilsmann Sr. on November 6, 1954 in Neillsville, WI. She was a member of the United Church of Christ, and the Neillsville Saddle Tramps Horse Club. She loved riding her horses and she enjoyed traveling out west and hunting. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Ann Wilsmann of Neillsville, WI, one son, Robert James (Sharon) Wilsmann Jr. of Neillsville, WI, 6 grandchildren, Emmalee, Calli and Tye (Sarah) Decorah, Rebecca Lynn (Jeffrey) Ciezki, Timothy James (Terrie) Wilsmann and Stephanie Nicole Wilsmann, 9 great grandchildren, twins, Landon Robert and Logan Bradley Ciezki, Kahlea Jade and Aiden Leslie Decorah, Kaelyn Lang and Bailee Ciezki, Tanner, Taylor and Tori Opelt, a brother, James E. Holt of Black River Falls, WI, a sister-in-law, Dixie Holt of Spencer, WI, a brother-in-law, Bill Wilsmann and family of Marshfield, WI, three nieces, Sherry (Tom Harnish) Holt, Shelley (Gary) Holt Melde, Amy Holt Bartelson, 1 nephew, Stacy Holt, along with several great nephews and nieces.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert, a brother, Richard Holt, three sisters-in-law, Cheryl Holt, Evelyn Wachholz and Lucille Wilsmann, and one brother-in-law, Armond Wachholz.

Casket Bearers are Timothy James Wilsmann, Jeffrey Ciezki, Stacy Holt, Randy Gault, Randy Reineck and Michael Poziombke.

Funeral Services for Elizabeth will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 13, 2013, at the United Church of Christ in Neillsville, WI. Pastor Bill Brown will officiate. Music will be provided by Eileen Zank and Corrine Armitage, soloist. Interment will be in the Neillsville City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Saturday at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville and from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Sunday at the United Church of Christ.
