Miller, Ernest E. (30 NOV 1895 - 14 OCT 1963)
Ernest Miller, 67, Riplinger (Clark Co., Wis.), died Monday afternoon at St.
Joseph's Hospital. Funeral services will be today, Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. at the
Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby, with the Rev. Ambrose Blenker officiating.
Burial will be made in the town of Beaver Cemetery in Clark County.
Ernest Elmer Miller was born in Milwaukee Nov. 20, 1895. His family lived at
Milwaukee and Reedsville and came to the Unity area about 1900. He was educated
in Unity Schools, and on June 23, 1915, was married to the former Clara
Galligan, who survives him.
During his life, he farmed, worked on the section for the Soo Line Railroad, and
for the past 10 years was employed by the Riplinger Box Co. He lived in
Riplinger the past 13 years.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Edna) Erickson of
Drain, Ore., and two sons, Elmer Miller and Paul Miller of Chicago, and seven
grandchildren.
Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Jack (Mila) Saunders of Milwaukee, a brother,
Reuben Miller of Chicago, two half-sisters, Mrs. Peter (Agnes) Dunegan of Wis.
Rapids, and Mrs. Ralph (Elizabeth) Greenwood of Milwaukee, and three
half-brothers, Anton Breuer of Milwaukee, Ben Breuer of Unity and Joseph Breuer
of Chicago.
