Kenosha District Attorney R. V. Baker has caused an examination to be made of a
broken oar found at Twin, near the place where the body of Herman Martin was
found two weeks ago, and it was found to have a lot of human hair clinging to
it. The remains of Martin were exhumed and a portion of the hair taken from the
head, and it is thought that this will be found to be the same as that found on
the oar.
