Young Man Injured While Skidding
Ed. Wenzel of Loyal, Wisconsin, son of Louis Wenzel of that place and a cousin
of Nicolas Breit of this city (Marshfield, Wis.), was brought through here last
Saturday on his way from Glidden, where he has been employed in the lumber
camps. While skidding logs one day a log struck the young man’s leg, resulting
in a bad fracture. He was accompanied on his journey by his father, who had gone
to Glidden on learning of his son’s accident.
