Ellenbecker, Kristine A. (Decker) (20 MAY 1945 - 29 DEC 2012)

Kristine A. Ellenbecker (Decker), age 67, of Allenton, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, surrounded by her loving family.

Kristine was born May 20, 1945, in Dorchester to Frank and Neva (Sulik) Decker. She graduated from the class of 1963 from Dor-Abby High School.

She and Roger Ellenbecker were married at St. Louis Catholic Church in Dorchester.

She enjoyed flower gardening, reading, cooking, day trips and corresponding with friends. Kris was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church in Allenton where she was active in the human concerns committee.

She enjoyed volunteering. After raising her children, Kris worked as an embroidery machine operator, retiring from “A Stitch In Time” located in West Bend.

She is survived by her husband Roger; children Kelly Ellenbecker, Kewaskum; Craig (Mary) Ellenbecker, Cascade; five grandchildren; sisters Claudette Saladin, Dorchester; Rachel Louret, Medford; brothers Joe (Judy) Decker, Schofield; Mike (Connie) Decker, Dorchester.

Kris was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Fred Decker.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Resurrection Parish Human Concerns Committee or Resurrection Parish are appreciated.
