Decker, Mr./Mrs. Ray (Silver - 19 NOV 1963)

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Decker of Colby celebrated their silver wedding anniversary Saturday evening at the VFW Clubhouse at Colby.

Relatives and friends from Arpin, Auburndale, Wis. Rapids, Edgar, Athens, Abbotsford and Colby gathered to celebrate the occasion with the couple.

Two of the couple's wedding attendants were present: Arnold Decker of Athens and Mrs. Delores Dums of Colby. Robert Sedlack of California was unable to attend.

Mrs. Decker wore a corsage of bronze and yellow mums for the observance of their anniversary.

The former Miss Caroline Kramer and Ray Decker were married at Dorchester Nov. 19, 1938, and made their home there for a few years. They then moved to Marshfield for eight years, and for the past eleven years have made their home at Colby.

They have three children, Mrs. Barbara Mueller and Mrs. James (Pat) Baumgartner of Colby, and Larry at home.
