Greene, Belva (20 June 1885 - 19 March 1968)

Mrs. Clarence Greene, 82, former Greenwood and Loyal resident, died at Niles, Mich., Tuesday. She was taken ill at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Douglas Goehring of Buchanan, Mich. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood. The Rev. Carl Booher, pastor of Grace Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be made in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Greene was born June 20, 1885, at Augusta. Her maiden name was Belva Schoemaker. She was married to Clarence Greene, June 20, 1905, in Clark County.

Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Beatrice (Douglas) Goehring of Buchanan, Mich.; a son, Orville H. Greene of Loyal; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
