Harmon Huntley made a trip to Neillsville Monday to get
his saw outfit repaired.
There was no school in district #2 Friday.
Miss Brooks attended the institute at Neillsville.
Jennie Fulwiler spent Thursday at her mother’s.
Rev. Harris held the second quarterly conference in the
M.E. Church Tuesday afternoon.
Merle Benedict has been helping his brother Will cut
pine logs.
Harmon Huntley sawed wood last Thursday and Friday for a
Mr. Moon who has been cutting wood on the Mart. Lastofka place.
Naomi Lawrence began taking music lessons from Miss
Imigt, Saturday.
The Luethe Co. installed a litter carrier for Wm. Rowe
last week.
John Learned received a telegram last week summoning him
to Beaver Dam to see his sister, Mrs. Boyington who is very low.
We guess the ground hog saw his shadow Candlemas day
alright by the way winter weather has set in.
John Vande Berg made a trip to Granton Monday with a
load of bolts.
Wm. Rowe butchered a beef one day last week.
Dr. Schweinler was called to Jesse Mortimer’s Saturday
to attend a sick cow.
Rev. G.W. Endicott, D.S. will hold the regular quarterly
meeting of the Free Methodist Church, York Center, Feb 13, 1914.
Sacrament of the Lord’s supper Sunday forenoon with preaching at 11 a.m.
and at 7:30 p.m. All are cordially
invited. E.A. Wolfe, Pastor.
