Taplin, Lloyd P. (17 JUL 1877 - 14 JAN 1964)
Funeral services were held for Lloyd Taplin, 86, of Unity, at 10 a.m. Thursday,
Jan. 16. Frank Janko, minister of Jehovah's Witnesses, officiated at the
services at Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby. Burial was made at town of Weston
Cemetery, Dunn County.
Pallbearers were Leo Duvall, John Fuller, Nyole Creed, William Schultz, Bernard
Mabbot and Gustave Carlson.
Attending were Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Giese, Wausau; Mrs. Raymond Gregory, Wausau;
Sewell Cook, Wis. Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Russell Taplin, Rhinelander; Mr. and Mrs.
E.C. Hoffman, Milwaukee, and many friends from Colby, Unity, Abbotsford and the
surrounding area.
