Schmidt, Arnold (29 APR 1925 - 26 JAN 1964)
Military rites were held Wednesday, Jan. 29, for Arnold Schmidt, Unity, who died
of a heart attack Sunday, Jan. 26 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
The Rev. Robert Langseth officiated at services which were held at Lulloff
Funeral Home, Colby. Burial was made at the Milan Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Wilbur Mellenthin, Roger Staffeil, Dale Schmidt, Ralph Andrew,
Arthur Cole, and Jerome Schultz.
Pastor Langseth sang "What a Fried We have in Jesus."
In attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Otis Sitzer and Buddy, Woodstock, Ill.; Mr. and
Mrs. Edwin Schmidt, Belvidere, Ill.; Mrs. Louise Schmidt and children, Garden

and Mrs. Emil Gokey, Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Weiss, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Gokey, Ben
Gokey Jr. and Clem Knoll, Milwaukee; Mrs. Ben Gokey Sr., Mrs. Edgar Isham and
Mr. and Mrs. Dudley LaRonge and daughter, Hayward; Mr. and Mrs. Jim Ulry,
Minneapolis; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Knoll Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Knoll Jr.,
Stratford; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Geise and Mr. and Mrs. August Geise, Edgar.
