Clouse, Lee (Abt 1882-Aug. 1961)

Rev. Lloyd Mauer of the First Methodist Church at Neillsville officiated at funeral services Thursday, August 24, foe Lee Clouse, 79, who died at the Neillsville Hospital, Monday. Services were held at the Myre Funeral Home due to the remodeling of the Loyal Methodist Church.

The pallbearers were all nephews: Edgar Verhalen, Norman Kuehlinf, Vern Rogstad, William Butterbrodt, Calvin Young and Gerhardt Scheel.

Soloist was James R. Colby who sang “Lord It Belongs Not To My Care” and “ Sweet Bye and Bya.” He ws accompanied by Mrs. Byron Zepplin on the organ.

Fox and Ruth Hixton; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Vogel and daughter, Greenwood; Mrs, Clarence Dunn, Neillsville; Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Clouse, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Bowman, Hatfield; Mr. and mrs. James Vogel, Donna Mae Baird, Mrs. Joe Kohlnhofer, Mrs. Allen Seidl, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Byron Spencer and family, Kennan; Mr. and Mrs. Ira Clouse, Amarillo, Texas; Glen Shupe, Spencer, Mrs. Jack Fahey, Stanley; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Parkel, Willard.
