Tomczak, Steven (1930? - 22 AUG 2012)
Steven Tomczak, 81, Thorp, died on Saturday, Aug. 22 at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Aug. 24 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's
Polish National Catholic Church in Lublin, with Rev. Marion Talaga officiating.
Burial will be at the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of
service.
