Frank Zorn finished work on R. Wentworth's house last week.

We notice that Mr. Deetz is hauling milk for some of the farmers to the condensary branch at Granton, since Nov. 1st.

Mary Heft gave a Halloween party alst week Wednesday evening.

The Mesdames Ed Ackerman and Gay Eilers visited at Fred Foemmel's Sunday.

Frank Davis and family spent Sunday at his brother Truman's.

Mrs. Nonhof returned from Unity on Saturday.

Jennie Ackerman, who is visiting in Oregon, sent a package home labeled "shrimp:, then imagine their surprise to find a lovely bouquet of sweet peas and roses.

Mrs. Rella Osgood entertained the Royal Neighbors Wednesday evening.

Truman Davis received a card of thanks from J.B. McDougal, governor of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, through Mr. W.L. Smith of Neillsville for his and his helpers' work on behalf of the Liberty Loan.
