Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hantke left for La Crosse by auto Thursday morning on a short
pleasure trip and visit among relatives.
Mrs. Mary Blackman visited Mrs. Clemens Kuechenmeister on Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Bert Huckstead are entertaining the members of the Pleasant Ridge
Sunday school and their parents this Friday evening in honor of Mr. and Mrs.
Howard Huckstead, the newlyweds.
Clifford Blackman, assisted by five young friends, celebrated his 21st birthday
on Wednesday.
Mrs. Lon Huckstead will entertain the Ridge Ladies Aid at dinner next Wednesday.
Remember it is a wheat-less day, but by no means at eat-less day.
Hear L.H. Robbins speak at Granton next Wednesday afternoon.
