Ray Lawrence sawed wood for Allie Turner Friday.
Maggie Parrett has purchased the Mans Olson farm,
Consideration was $1200.00.
There was a cheese meeting at the York Center Cheese
Factory Saturday afternoon. The
secretary and treasurer were re-elected.
Forest Rowe sawed wood for Wm. Benedict, Friday.
Abie Turner is confined to his bed with rheumatism.
The Withee preacher occupied the M.E. pulpit Sunday
afternoon. He delivered an
interesting sermon.
Dan Timerson and wife attended the auction sale at
Christie, Monday.
The teacher and scholars in Dist. #2 had a Valentine box
Friday. They all received some nice
Valentines.
Miss Effie Rowe and brother Ralph drove up from
Neillsville and attended the social at Wm. Rowe’s Friday.
Edith Learned spent the latter part of the week in this
vicinity. She returned to her school
Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Bert Gullick attended services in the M.E.
Church Sunday afternoon.
Ye scribe assisted Mrs. Susie Benedict with her house
duties a few days last week.
