Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Langrehr spent last weekend in Rochester, Minn., visiting
her sister, Mrs. Hattie Kruse.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Langrehr and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Langrehr of Beloit spent
several days recently at the Kenneth Langrehr home. Other callers there were Mr.
and Mrs. Richard Stickney and daughters, Mrs. Frieda Johnson and Mrs. Mary
Langrehr of Sparta.
Richard Schmidt of Dorchester, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Konshock of Waupaca and Mr.
and Mrs. Elmer Schmidt of Marshfield visited last week at the Mrs. Mamie Riedel
home.
Guests Mother’s Day at the Walter Helm home were Mr. and Mrs. Phelps Spry and
Don and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Helm.
Mr. and Mrs. Leo Sternitzky visited Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Sternitzky, Mrs. Frieda
Jens and other relatives in Plymouth last week. They helped Mrs. Gilbert
Sternitzky celebrate her birthday while there.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Sternitzky, Miss Viola Gotter and Misses Betty and Lois
Garbisch of Milwaukee were dinner guests Sunday at the Melvin Garbisch home.
Mother’s day guests at the home of Mrs. Louise Handke were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Zank
and daughter of Rochester, Mr. and Mrs. Iran Handke of Sparta, Mr. and Mrs.
George Turner of Neillsville, and Mr. and Mrs. William Buddinger, Jr., and
daughter of Granton. They also celebrated the birthday of Mrs. Handke.
Guests Mother’s day at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ure were Mr. and Mrs.
Duane Rollins and family of Chili, Mr. and Mrs. Urban Schmidt and family of
Neillsville, and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Ure and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Howard of Marshfield were guests mother’s Day at the William
Dankemyer home.
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kaddatz and family of Wisconsin Rapids were supper guests
Mother’s Day at the Raymond Sternitzky home.
Mr. and Mrs. Herman Konshock of Waupaca visited Mr. and Mrs. Martin Krause
Tuesday.
Dinner and supper guests Sunday at the Martin Krause home were Mrs. Emma Davis,
Mrs. Elsie Bashford and Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Stettler of Marshfield, and Mrs.
Elda Brooks.
Dinner and supper guests Sunday at the Edwin Sternitzky home were Mr. and Mrs.
Walter Grottke and Vickie and Mrs. Mary Kalsow of Neillsville, Mr. and Mrs.
Marvin Schlinsog, Jeffrey and Jaymie, Mrs. Fala Gloff and Carol, of Marshfield,
and Mrs. Ed Sternitzky and Erwin.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Dahlke and son of Loyal, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dahlke and family
of Neillsville, and Mr. and Mrs. William Dahlke and daughter were guests
Mother’s Day at the Henry Dahlke home.
Mrs. Irene Wilde of Cedarburg, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Schwanebeck, Mr. and Mrs.
Wayne Schwanebeck and family and Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Schwanebeck and family of
Sherwood were dinner and supper guests Mother’s Day at the Albert Hasz home.
James Hasz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hasz, who was home on furlough for a few
weeks, left Saturday for Maryland, where he will be stationed.
The Rev. and Mrs. Alfred Wolkenhauer of Bernett visited from Monday to Wednesday
with Mr. and DMRs. Louis Helm, Mrs. Christina Garbisch and other relatives.
