Wilhelmine Leinweber was born in
the province of Germany, July 17th, 1849 and was christened in
infancy the 21st day of that same month.
She was married to August Kablan of the same locality September 15, 1871.
To their union were born eight children, four boys and four girls, but
the four girls and two of the boys passed to the beyond quite young. Mr. and
Mrs. Kablan came to American and settled in Milwaukee with their two sons,
October 31st, 1891. Six years later coming to Wood County and located
about two miles south of Lindsey, until the last year or two moved just over the
county line into Clark County, where she died from pneumonia, Feb. 7, 1914.
Her husband and two sons Julius and Frank remain to mourn her demise.
The funeral services were conducted by W.J. Robinson at the house on
Wednesday the 11th and interment was made in the Lynn Cemetery.
