Miss Naoma Harris Passes Away
Funeral Services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the Swarthout
Funeral Home for Miss Naoma Harris, 87, who died at 3:15 p. m. Sunday at her
home in the Town of Spencer.
The Rev. Raymond J. Fleming, Methodist Pastor from Marshfield, had charge of the
rites and burial was made in the West Spencer cemetery.
Miss Harris, daughter of the late William H. and Dorothy (Benson) Harris, was
born at Harrisburg on February 14, 1860. She lived on the present farm for 26
years.
Survivors include four sisters, and a brother, Mrs. F. A.. Foss, Mrs. A. E.
Gessert, and Mrs. I. L. Hager, all of Reedsburg; Mrs. B. H. Hungerford,
Milwuakee; and S. I. Harris, Coloma, British Columbia.
