Yaeger, Peter (? - 19 JAN 1964)

Peter Yaeger, Route 5, died Sunday at Sacred Heart hospital. A former resident of Sheldon for 40 years, he had made his home with his daughter, Mrs. George Perkovich, for the past two years. He was a native of Boyd.

Mr. Yaeger was a veteran of World War I.

Surviving are five sons, Floyd of Sheldon, Donald of Chippewa Falls, Dale of Eldorado, Ark., Harold of Waterloo, Iowa, and William of Conrath; three daughters, Mrs. Perkovich and Beatrice of Eau Claire, and Mrs. Elmer Johnson, Sheldon; a brother Henry of Sheldon, and a sister, Mary Yaeger of Boyd, and 18 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Apostle Church in Sheldon, the Rev. George Vatruba officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
