Boie, Mrs. Oscar (5 JAN 1893 - 19 APR 1964)
Mrs. Oscar Boie of 884 7th St., Menasha, passed away Sunday evening, April 19,
1964.
Mrs. Boie was born Jan. 5, 1893 at Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis. The last 20 years she
resided at Menasha, Wis. She was a member of St. Ann's Society and the Women's
Catholic Order of Foresters.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday morning at ten o'clock at St. Mary's
Catholic Church, Menasha, and burial was in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Appleton.
She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. John Hanamann, Appleton, one
step-daughter, Mrs. (Alice) Millard Timlin, Stanley; two step-sons, Harvey Boie,
Thorp and Myron Boie, Milwaukee; three brothers, Robert and Casper Haas, Thorp,
and Joseph Haas, Stanley; two sisters, Mrs. (Anna) Frank Smitke, Mrs. (Margaret)
Alfred Kass, Thorp; six grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and one
step-great-grandchild.
