Miss Marie Olson is at home.

Ole Jacobson is quite ill at this writing.

Fred Hegg had a shingling bee last Saturday.

A dance will be held at Hegg’s next Saturday night.

The Estenson Bros. went blackberrying last Monday.

Dr. Slightam was a professional caller at N. O. Lesha’s Monday.

A.M. Thompson lost a cow from tuberculosis last Sunday.

Little Robert Lesha is suffering from inflammatory rheumatism.

Miss Marie Siverson left for Minnewaukan, N. Dakota for a visit.

Mrs. J.B. Lund is visiting her son Samuel, at Black River Falls this week.

Rev. E.M. Christopherson, of Pigeon Falls, was a caller at Ole Jacobson’s last Monday.

An ice cream social will be held at Ole Person’s next Sunday afternoon for the benefit of the Y.P. society.

A hail and rain storm passed thro here last Friday afternoon, damaging the uncut grain and also corn and potatoes.

Mrs Mattie Young and daughter Charlotte returned Augusta last Monday after spending several weeks with her parents, Mr and Mrs Swenson.

The Jermstad Bros. were agreeably surprised last Wednesday evening by a number of their friends, it being the occasion of their 28th birthday. All enjoyed a pleasant time.
