Brost, Edward J. (1923? - September 20, 2010)

Edward J. Brost, of the Town of Raymond, was called home to the Lord on Monday, September 20, 2010, at the age of 87 years.


Beloved husband of Beulah "Bee" Brost (nee Brunner). Dear Dad of David (Louise), Rod (Debby), Mark (Kathy) and Craig (Nancy) Brost. Loving Grandfather of Christine, Richard, Dana, Lindsay, Ryan, Diana, Brittany and Zachary, Great-grandfather of Samantha, Michael, Kelsey, Dominique and Deanna, Great-great-grandfather of Alexander. Brother of Betty Dohm, Frank (Ruth), Norbert (Rosalie), Delores Shaw, Mary Ann Gavin, Leon (Yvonne) Brost, and the late Agnes Stephan. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.


Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at noon at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 3320 S. Colony Dr. in Union Grove, Wis. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass (noon).


Ed was the founder of Allis Industries started in 1955 on Milwaukee's south side. Ed was also proud to have served during WWII in the US Navy.
