Halopka, Ray R. (Sept. 9, 1926 – January 19, 2008)

Ray R. Halopka, 81, Stetsonville, was pronounced dead Saturday, Jan. 19 at his home in the Town of Deer Creek.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 23 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Medford, with Pastor Peter Warmanen officiating, and military rites performed by the Stetsonville American Legion military honors team. Interment will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II.

Pallbearers were his grandchildren, Denise Carstensen, Heather Storch, Kurt Berry, Troy, David, Aaron and Sara Emmerich, and Jeridiah, Gabrielle and Katherine Halopka.

Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.
