Berndt, Frank E. (April 11, 1923 – March 18, 2008)

Former Town of Molitor resident Frank E. Berndt, 84, Wausau, died Tuesday, March 18 at Wellington Place residential facility in Wausau, where he had resided the past five weeks, while under Aspirus Comfort Care Hospice.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 22 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Medford, with Rev. Peter Warmanen officiating. Interment will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Pallbearers are Gene and Larry Lange, Jim LaFontaine, Jim Berndt, Steven Jaecks and Denny Acker.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 21 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, and at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
