Thelma M. Hoffman, 93, Medford, died Saturday, Nov. 6.
No services will be held.
Burial will be at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

MEDFORD -- Thelma M. Hoffman, 83, of Medford died Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at the Memorial Nursing and Rehab Center, Medford.
No services will be held at this time. Burial will be in Medford Evergreen II Cemetery.
Thelma was born Jan. 16, 1917, in Troop, N.Y., to Alex and Katie (Peters) Clark. She was married Jan. 22, 1950, to Vincent P. Hoffman at Salt Lake City. He preceded her in death Feb. 25, 1992.
She is survived by a sister, Rosemary of Wausau.
Hemer Funeral Home of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.
