Gabrys, Josephine (1923? - August 30, 2009) 

Josephine Gabrys, 86, Thorp, died Sunday, Aug. 30 at Oakbrook Health Center and Rehab in Thorp.  

Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 4 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church in Thorp, with Rev. Keith Apfelbeck officiating. Burial will be at New St. Hedwig's Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Leonard Gabrys, Bob Gabrys, Bruce Gabrys, Neal Gabrys, Paul Gabrys and John Curcio. 

Visitation will be held Thursday, Sept. 3 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Thorp Funeral Home, with a rosary service at 6 p.m., and at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
