MEDFORD -- Wesley E. Brown, 72, of Medford died Thursday, April 2, 2009, in the emergency room at Memorial Health Center, Medford.

Per Wesley's request, there will be no services. Burial will be in Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha.

Wesley was born Aug. 14, 1935, at Waukesha, the son of William H. and Florence V. (Ehrbach) Brown. He was married to Jeanne Multhauf on July 19, 1976, at Milwaukee.

After his education, he owned and operated W.E. Brown Company in Milwaukee for many years, until selling the business in 1989. They then moved to Medford in 1990, where he started J&W Company, which he was operating at the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Brown of Medford.
