Schulz, Moan (Ruesch)
“Sons And Daughters Of The Congregation Who Entered The Teaching Ministry”
Mona (Ruesch) Schulz, is the daughter of Earl and Esther Ruesch, formerly of Medford and now residing in Loveland, Colorado.
She attended her junior and senior high school at Dr. Martin Luther Academy in 1951-53.
Thereupon she entered Dr. Martin Luther College form 1953-1955.
In the summer of 1955, she was called as an emergency teacher before her graduation at St. James Lutheran School, in Golden, Colorado, where she taught from 1955-57.
She was married to Harold Schulz, Director of Mail Processing for the U.S. Postal Service, in August of 1956. The couple was blessed with three children.
Mona returned to teaching Kindergarten at St. James in Golden from 1963-65.
The Schulz family are active members in Concordia Lutheran Church in Lakewood, Colorado.
