Barker, Charles
The first organized church group in the new Town of Medford was Methodist.
Their building was located on Park Avenue with no mention of the pastor before Rev. Barker.
In 1882, Reverend Charles Barker was the minister and services were held at the Park Avenue location until a new building was erected on South Main Street in 1921.
Reverend Barker ministered in Medford approximately five years.
