The casketed remains of Allen Mathews, 29, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Mathews of the Town of Taft, will arrive from overseas to Eau Claire this week and reburial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5th at the Stokes & Sons Undertaking Chapel, Eau Claire.
Sgt. Mathews was killed in action in North Africa, April 5, 1943.
