Gebert, Particia A. “Pat” (Judnic) (March 13, 1952 - December 20, 2008)
Patricia "Pat" A. Gebert, 56, Medford, died Saturday, Dec. 20 at her home in the Town of Medford, under the care of her family and Hope Hospice.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 23 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating. Interment of her cremated remains will take place in the spring at St. Mary's Cemetery in the Town of Little Black. Pallbearers were the CAL GALS, Mary Armbrust, Judy Dassow, Jean Neumueller, Martha Pflughoeft, Sandy Brost, Tracy Hraby, Amber Rau and Eileen Mundt.
The former Patricia Judnic was born March 13, 1952 in Medford to Clarence and Marcella Judnic.
She attended Town of Greenwood elementary schools, was a 1970 graduate of Rib Lake High School and received an associate's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
On July 19, 1974 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, she married Robert "Bob" Gebert, who survives. She worked at Taylor County Human Services, Gowey Abstract and Title Co., and most recently as a loan processor with Mid Wisconsin Bank, all in Medford, until ill health forced her retirement. She co-owned NBK Electric of Medford with her husband.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church where she served on numerous committees and worked on many church functions. She was also a member of Medford Curling Club and Stetsonville American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, camping, curling, garage sales, cooking and her family.
In addition to her husband, survivors include her parents, Clarence and Marcella Judnic of Medford; two sons, Nate of Milwaukee and Brad (Karyn) of Medford; a daughter, Kristin Gebert of Medford; father and mother-in-law, Melvin and Pat of Medford; five brothers, Mike of Rib Lake, James (Deb) of Whittlesey, Robert of Farmington, Minn., Tom (Carol) of Medford and Gary (Cheryl) of Spencer; two sisters, Mary (Dennis) Gebert and Audrey (Pat) Noland, both of Medford; and one granddaughter, Mattie Gebert of Medford.
The family requests memorials be made to the family for future designation.
