Neuman, Elford M. (30 Mar. 1929 - 17 Nov. 2008)

MEDFORD -- Elford M. Neuman, 79, of Medford died Monday, Nov. 17, 2008, under the care of his family and Hope Hospice, at his residence in the town of Medford.

Private family only funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, at Hemer Funeral Home, Medford. Interment will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, Medford.

Private family only visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

He was born March 30, 1929, at the town of Greenwood to James Sr. and Mary (Steen) Neuman. He married Roceda Ann Brushaber on Oct. 8, 1952. He farmed in the town of Medford for many years until his retirement. He also worked at Hurd Millwork while farming for a period of time. He is survived by his wife, Roceda A. Neuman of Medford; his children, Alfred Neuman, Irene (James) Dray, Albert Neuman, Rosemary (Robert) Frahmann, Ervin (Sandy) Neuman, Edwin Neuman, all of Medford; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and his sister, Rosie (Carl) Anderson of Medford.
