Gilles, Abraham "Abe" J. (January 5, 1987 - December 13, 2011)
Abraham "Abe" J. Gilles, 24, Medford, was pronounced dead on Sunday, Dec. 18 in the Town of Bern, Marathon County, following an automobile accident.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating.
Burial was at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery in Medford. Pallbearers were Lee and Aaron Gilles, Matthew Kraegenbrink, Cody Schult, Brandon Mertens, Rollan Johnson, Caleb Ried and Jeff Graumann.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford assisted the family with arrangements.

with his father at Ken Gilles & Son saw mill in the township of Browning. He
enjoyed motorcycling, snowmobile racing, his truck, operating heavy equipment,
hunting, fishing and fixing old things up.
