Leilani Mundt, 58, of 863 W. 17 St. died at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 1996, at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison, due to illness.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Hansen Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Charles Stoetzel of St. John's Catholic Church officiating. Darrell Ehrike will be the soloist and M?lde?.......... (missing portion)

She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church.
