Getlinger, Sylvia (3 May 1905 - 15 Jan. 1974)

Miss Sylvia Getlinger, of 703 S. Peach Ave., Marshfield, died at 8:10 a.m. today (Tues.) at the Marshfield Convalescent Center, where she had been a resident for one week. She was 68.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Fri. at Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. Eldore F. Messerschmidt, associate pastor, will officiate, with burial to follow in Zion Lutheran cemetery at Readfield.

Friends may call at the Hansen Chapel from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thur. and at the church after 10 a.m. Fri..

Miss Getlinger was born May 3, 1905, in Readfield, where she received her education, and continued to reside there until 1940. Since that time she had been making her home with a brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kuhn in Marshfield.
