Ingham, Marydene K. (26 Nov. 1946 - 18 Feb. 1998)
Marydene K. Ingham, 51, Madison, formerly of Arpin, died at 11:55 p.m. Feb. 18, 1998, at the home of her sister, Cindy Zickert, in Arpin. Merydene had been in ill health for the last three years.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sat. at Hansen Funeral Chapel with the Rev. John Schenck of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Marshfield officiating. Duane Helgerson will be the soloist and Ilse Bradtke will be the organist.
Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Tom Redmond, Gary Andres, Frank Zickert, Daniel Fjelstad, Art Hill and Mike Stelzl.
Visitation will be from noon until the time of the funeral services on Sat. at the funeral chapel.
She was born Nov. 26, 1946, in Marshfield, the daughter of Sylvester and Arlene (Stelzl) Stecker. She was married to John Ingham in Madison and they were later divorced.
She attended Spencer schools and was a 1964 graduate of Spencer High School. Following her graduation she attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was a partner in and treasurer of the co-op, Silver Thread Sewing Shop, in Madison. In addition she was employed by American Family Insurance for 25 years, working with the agency until Jan. 5, 1998.
Surviving Merydene are her son, Jesse Ingham of Dodgeville; her mother, Arlene Stecker of Arpin; brothers and sisters, James R. Stecker of Marshfield; Jeff S. Stecker, Tim S. Stecker and Steve K. Stecker, all of Arpin; Bonnie (Roy) Campbell of Chatfield, Minn.; Kathy D. (Tom) Redmond of Pewaukee, Cheryl M. (Arthur) Hill of Green Bay, Judith A. Miller of Marietta, Ga.; Cindy L. (Frank) Zickert of Arpin, Debbie J. (Gary) Andres of Marshfield; Diane M. Stecker of Carol Stream, Ill., and Sheila R. (Daniel) Fjelstad of Rice Lake. She is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father on July 2, 1992, and by a sister, Lori Sue, in 1962.
Memorials may be designated to her family in her name and they will designate a memorial at a later date.
