Mrs. Kasberger was born Nov. 3, 1920, in the town of Milladore, the daughter of Anton and Eva (Rutta) Mancl. She attended the Milladore School. She married Michael Kasberger on Oct. 6, 1952, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Milladore. He died April 30, 1991.

Prior to her marriage, Emma was employed at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory. After their marriage the Kasbergers farmed in the town of Lincoln. In 1966, they sold the farm and moved to Marshfield. Emma was then employed at the Marshfield Clinic until her retirement. She enjoyed being a homemaker. She loved to bake, make plastic canvas crafts and play games, especially sheapshead.

She is lovingly survived by three daughters, Delores (Duane) Scheuer and Diane Kasberger, both of Marshfield, and Darlene Zepczyk of Milwaukee; and two grandsons, Nicholas and Gregory Scheuer. She is further survived by two sisters-in-law, Anne and Lorraine Mancl.

She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Michael; nine brothers, Ben, Albert, Martin, Sylvester, Louis, Tony, Leonard and two infant brothers; and five sisters, Clara Linzmeier, Mary Werwinski, Agnes Konkol, Ludmilla Derfus and Elizabeth Weber.

The family of Mrs. Kasberger would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Todd Earnhardt and his medical assistant, Patty, of the Marshfield Clinic for the wonderful care and attention received by their mother. We would also like to thank the staff at the House of the Dove and most recently at Hewitt House.

Memorials will be designated at a later date.

Dear mom, though your smile is gone forever and your hand we cannot touch. Still we have so many memories of a mother we loved so much. Our memories are our keepsake, with which we will never part. God has you in his keeping and we have you in our hearts.
