NEKOOSA - Marian Barney, 68, Nekoosa, died March 24, 1995, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tues. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Nekoosa. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home and again until 11 a.m. Tues..

She was born Aug. 7, 1926, in Nekoosa, and was married to Thomas Barney on June 29, 1946. She and her husband owned Barney’s Bar.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas; one son, Joseph (Donna) Barney of Stevens Point; one grandson, and one brother, Harold (Marian) Coyer of Nekoosa.
