Karen Sue Kalson, 56, of Marshfield died Wed., May 27, 2009, in the Palliative Care Unit at Saint Joseph's Hospital.
Private family interment will be held. Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home in Marshfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
Karen was born April 11, 1953, in Marshfield, to Vernon and Betty (Moen) Plath.
Karen is survived by her children, Richard William Kalson II, Orlando, Fla., and Jamie Lyn Kalson, Wausau; her mother, Betty Plath; two grandchildren; a sister, Lou Ann Lucht; and a brother, Terry Plath.
