Robert J. "Bob" Grassel, 67, of Cedarburg, Colo., died Wed., May 20, 2009, at Saint Mary's Hospital of Grand Junction, Colo.
Private burial services will be held at a later date at St. Kilian's, Blenker.
Robert was born June 27, 1941, in Milladore, to Peter and Jennie (Hilgart) Grassel. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force, and retired from IBM of Boulder, Colo.
Robert is survived by two sisters, Betty (Erv) Pankan of Monroe and Lorraine (Phil) Hassl of Wisconsin Rapids; and two brothers, Bill Grassel of Marysvale, Utah, and Tom (Darlene) Grassel of Marshfield.
