PITTSVILLE -- Ruth Mahnke, 92, of Pittsville died Tues., March 24, 2009, at Saint Joseph's Hospital Hospice.

Buchanan Funeral Home of Pittsville is assisting the family with arrangements.

PITTSVILLE -- Ruth M. Mahnke, 92, of Pittsville died Tues., March 24, 2009, at Saint Joseph's Hospital Hospice.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sat. at Buchanan Funeral Home, followed by burial in Mound Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Sat. at the funeral home.

The former Ruth Schreck was married Feb. 6, 1937, to Harry Mahnke at Milwaukee. He preceded her in death Jan. 12, 1996.

Ruth is survived by two daughters, Karen (Gerald) Reshel of City Point and Harriet (Chuck) Rogers of Milwaukee; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
