Lee, Dale E. (29 Aug. 1934 - 10 Mar. 2006)

Dale E. Lee, 71, Arpin, died Fri., March 10, 2006, at the Bethel Center, Arpin.

Memorial services will be at 5:30 p.m. Tues. at Rembs/Kundinger Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Behnke.

Family will receive relatives and friends from 4 p.m. until time of the services at Rembs/Kundinger Funeral Home.

Dale was born Aug. 29, 1934, in Friendship to Clifford and Hazel (Hays) Lee.

He was united in marriage to Jean Klappa on Feb. 16, 1957, and later divorced.

Dale farmed crops in the Vesper area and operated Dale Lee & Son Trucking. They hauled grain to various feed companies in central Wisconsin.

Dale served in the U.S. Coast Guard, stationed in Duluth, Minn., during the mid 1950’s.

He enjoyed horses, John Deere tractors, cooking and being with his grandkids and family.

Dale is survived by his children, Vicki (Jeff) Wittman, Marshfield; Kathy (Bret) Kastein, Wisconsin Rapids; and Tim (Deb) Lee, Wisconsin Rapids; grandchildren, Andrew Simon, Katrina Lee and Matthew Kastein; and three brothers, Lawrence Lee, Pittsville; Donald Lee, San Antonio, Texas, and Harold (Shirley) Lee, Elliot, Maine.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Duane Lee, and two sisters, Marion Marth and Arthea Carner.
