Castleberg, Brenda C. (30 Jan. 1919 - 23 Apr. 2001)

PITTSVILLE - Brenda C. Castleberg, 82, of 7667 Arpin-Richfield Road, Arpin, died at 4:07 p.m. Mon., April 23, 2001, at her home.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Fri., April 27, at Bethel Seventh Day Adventist Church, Arpin. Burial will be at Lyster Cemetery in rural Nelson. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. at the Clarence Castleberg residence, 7667 Arpin-Richfield Road, and from 3-3:45 p.m. at Lyster Lutheran Church.

Buchanan Funeral Home, Pittsville, is assisting the family.

She was born Jan. 30, 1919 in the town of Maxville, Buffalo County. She worked most recently as a food service supervisor at the Bethel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Arpin.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence, of Arpin; eight sons, Charles (Vivian) Castleberg, of Arpin; Clarence Jr. (Donna), of Mondovi; Donald (Nancy) of Dallas; David (Evelyn) of Durand; Phillip of Apopke, Fla.; Marty of Mondovi; Michael (Shirley) of Fall River; and Marl (Keri) of Oconto; four daughters, Barbara (Byron) Chalker, of Mercedes, Texas; Phyllis (Duane) Morauske of Howards Grove; Margaret (Jack) Otto, of Orlando, Fla.; and Lois (Dan) Baudette of Seymour, Tenn.; one brother, Wilbert (Esther) Lindstrom, of Durand; one sister, Lorene Sande, of Nelson; 39 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
